Two teams. One card. Sixty seconds. Get your teammates to say the phrase using whatever it takes — just don't say the phrase itself.
The Clue-Giver draws a card and reads it silently. Try not to laugh. You will laugh.
Describe it. Mime it. Rhyme it. Use props. Act it out. Whatever it takes.
60 seconds on the clock. Guess correctly — your team wins the round. Don't — other team does.
